This course provides a review for who those with prior First Aid & CPR training. Recommended for lay rescuers, teachers, coaches, personal trainers or office personnel whose certification is about to expire.
• Learn how to respond to respiratory, cardiac or choking emergencies
• Training for CPR, AED, choking rescue, barrier mask & first aid
• Recognize when someone needs CPR
• Adult CPR (chest compressions & breaths)
• Hands-on practice with pocket mask, AED of your choice & first aid
• Injury emergencies (bleeding, broken bones, burns)
• Environmental emergencies (stings, poison, temperature-related)
• Optional child and infant modules available
2-year American Heart Association Heartsaver First Aid with CPR and AED card upon completion of both sections of the course.
Duration: approximately 2-3 hours of independent online learning + 30 minutes of instructor for skills check
